These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases from The Bike Atrium Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether made in-store, on our website, or through online platforms including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, Decathlon, and any other authorised distribution channels. These Terms also apply to any person who uses or operates a product purchased from The Bike Atrium, regardless of whether that person is the original purchaser.
By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
thebikeatrium.com is a site operated by The Bike Atrium Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore under Business Registration Number 202029410D, located at 11 Woodlands Close #04-45, Singapore 737853.
2.1 Our goods and services are intended for customers residing in Singapore. Orders from outside Singapore are not accepted unless otherwise stated.
By placing using our product, you warrant that:
4.1 An order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only upon delivery or collection of the product.
5.1 We may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or product quality of external sellers.
7.1 Bicycle parts warranty: 6–12 months depending on model (excludes outer tyres, inner tubes, spokes, brake pads).
7.2 Frame warranty: 1–5 years depending on model.
7.3 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
7.4 If parts are discontinued, we may replace them with equivalent alternatives.
8.1 Transportation costs for warranty, service, repair, inspection, or return are fully borne by the customer.

8.3 We strongly encourage self-collection to ensure the bicycle is within your satisfactory level.
10.1 Bicycles require regular maintenance. We strongly recommend:
10.2 Folding bicycles require proper tightening of hinges, knobs, quick-release mechanisms, and latches before use.
Note: Some of the models do not have a secondary locking mechanism. Proper tightening of the main hinge is essential and required.
10.3 Tyre performance varies based on riding conditions. Wet or slippery surfaces naturally reduce grip. Riders must adjust speed, braking, and cornering angle accordingly.
Service & Transport: All servicing, repairs, inspections, and warranty evaluations are strictly on a carry-in basis at our workshop. We do not provide on-site servicing, home visits, pickup, or collection services. Transportation for returns or servicing must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
By purchasing, riding, or using our bicycles, you acknowledge and accept that cycling inherently involves risks, including but not limited to:
These risks cannot be entirely eliminated even with proper maintenance. By using the bicycle, you agree that you voluntarily assume all such risks.
12.1 Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the bicycle.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Bike Atrium Pte Ltd from any and all:
